More bubbly cocktails to bring in the new year.
This is an easy recipe to make in bulk and the subtle earthy flavors of the gin make this cocktail a bit more complex, I use two kinds of syrups here to add berry and Passionfruit to the mix, a bit if lime for acidity, topped with a bit of bubbles.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Empress 1908Gin
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Liber & Co Raspberry syrup
¼ oz Passionfruit syrup
Prosecco
Method
Shake all ingredients but prosecco over ice and strain into a coupe glass, top with prosecco and garnish with fresh lime.
