There’s nothing like a couple perfectly balanced, tropical fruit and mezcal cocktails to transport you, even if momentarily, into the vacation mood.
This cocktail starts off with a refreshing muddle of kiwi.
Ingredients
1/ 2 kiwi
1/ 2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 1/ 2 ounces mezcal
3/ 4 ounce lime juice
Method
STEP 1
Muddle kiwi in a shaker.
Add all ingredients and ice and shake it up. Strain into a glass with ice.
I like to garnish with fresh mint and some extra kiwi slices and a strawberry, but feel free to make it as pretty (or not!) as you want.
