There’s nothing quite like a gold Grammy, except maybe a golden slice of peach on top of your cocktail!
This golden cocktail, featuring a blend of bourbon, peach purée, and Champagne, is just as delicious as it looks.
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce bourbon, preferably Maker’s Mark
1/2 ounce peach purée
3/4 ounces sweet red vermouth
1 dash of orange bitters or Liquid Kitchen Golden Era
3/4 ounces brut Champagne
A slice of peach for garnish (optional)
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Measure in the bourbon, peach purée, and vermouth.
Add a dash of bitters. Cap and shake.
Strain into large martini glass.
Add a splash of Champagne. Garnish with a slice of peach.
