Not very seasonal colors, but my eye caught the lavender syrup on the shelf in my fridge door, and I also had a handful of straggler blueberries left from a punnet, and since lavender and blueberry love each other, and since mezcal is gorgeous with floral and fruity elements, I went this route, which was delicious!⠀
Ingredients
2 oz mezcal⠀
1 oz lemon juice⠀
3/4 oz lavender syrup⠀
small handful muddled blueberries⠀
tiny pinch salt⠀
⠀Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a coupe, and garnish with a flower (and/or blueberries -- I used the last of mine in the drink).⠀
