Ingredients
3 ounces red grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
3 ounces Prosecco chilled
1 ounce rosemary honey syrup
1 ounces vodka chilled
ice, grapefruit peel, rosemary sprigs garnish
Method
1. In a shaker, pour the grapefruit juice, vodka and honey syrup over crushed ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with the Prosecco.
3. Swirl gently with a sprig of rosemary and serve with grapefruit peel for garnish.
