Raspberry Prosecco Cocktail

A sparkling cocktail with a raspberry twist… perfect for that special toast!

Pop the cork on a bottle of Italian bubbly Zonin Prosecco to mix the perfect cocktail.


6 fresh raspberries (save 2 for the garnish)

4 fresh mint leaves

4 dashes bitters

¼ ounce simple syrup

Chilled Zonin Prosecco

Take the raspberries, mint leaves, bitters, and simple syrup and muddle together until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. 

Place the mixture into a cocktail glass and fill with chilled Prosecco.
