Mango and red bell pepper margarita! I have been "oleo-izing" everything under the sun, as many of you know, and red pepper was the latest. Worked great! I also used some of the pepper to infuse the tequila.⠀
Ingredients
2 oz jalapeño and red pepper-infused tequila reposado⠀
1 oz lime juice⠀
1/2 oz red pepper "oleo" syrup*⠀
1/2 ripe mango, muddled⠀
pinch salt⠀
garnish: tajin rim, pepper, mango⠀

Method
Combine, shake with ice, and double strain over fresh ice.⠀

*mix sliced bell peppers with some sugar in a ziploc bag. Press out air, squeeze and bash a bit, and come back in a while when the sugar is dissolved. Strain.⠀
