Ingredients
45 ml High Clerecastle Gin
221/2 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Champagne syrup
10 ml Cointreau
5 ml St. Germain
71/2 ml Egg white
Lavender for garnish

STEP 1
Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain in a champagne coupe. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
