Creamy Coconut, Coffee & Orgeat Cocktail




Coconut and orgeat makes for a creamy and satisfying dessert like cocktail. Orgeat is a creamy sweet syrup made of almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water - a beautiful base for a floral and morish summer cocktail!

Too often, requests for drinks without booze in them are met with something utterly not creative (club soda is not a substitute for a cocktail!), cloyingly sweet, or unbalanced - something that a bartender clearly put together on the fly and that I don’t want to pay money for. 

This is a Cocktail for those who choose to not drink alcohol but they will still be able to get something delicious, beautiful, and thoughtful.

Ingredients
2 ounces coconut cream
3/4 ounce hot coffee
3/4 ounces orgeat
3/4 ounce simple syrup


Method
STEP 1
Whip shake with crushed ice & top with more crushed ice in the glass to serve Garnish with a banana leaf, paper straws, and a swizzle stick.
