Today I am sharing a raspberry sorbet float made with champagne. This is the perfect treat to beat the heat. This is also a easy drink to make just scoop the sorbet into the glass and top with the sparkling wine of your choice. This is perfect for a summer time cocktail as well as for a dessert.
Ingredients:
3-6 scoops of raspberry sorbet
6-8 ounces of champagne
Garnish: flower petals and raspberries
Instructions:
Divide scoops of ice cream into two glasses
Top with sparkling wine
