Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Sometimes you just want a classic healthy chocolate pudding with simple and delicious ingredients.


80 g cocoa powder, powder
60 g corn starch
250 g coconut milk
120 g water
60 g agave syrup
30 g maple syrup
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

To serve
fruits, of your choice
vegan heavy cream, some


Sift all of the dry ingredients (cocoa powder and corn starch) in to a bowl.
Slowly add the coconut cream and water while continuously whisking.
Add the agave syrup and maple syrup and continue whisking until completely incorporated.
Transfer to a pot and place over medium heat.
Whisk continuously to avoid any lumps from forming.
Add the vanilla extract and continue whisking for about 7-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
When ready, transfer to serving glasses and allow to cool.
Serve with your choice of fruit or with dairy free heavy cream or coconut cream along with blueberries and strawberries.
