Try out this healthy breakfast recipe that use tea for extra benefits.
Ingredients:
¼ cup water
1 tsp matcha tea powder
1 cup toned milk
1 tsp honey
Method:
1) Bring the water to a boil, then immediately add the matcha tea powder and put this in a blender until foam forms.
2) In another pan, heat milk, and just before it boils, turn off the flame and add honey. Whisk well and pour into a tall latte glass.
3) Pour the water-tea mix into the latte glass, stir well and drink up immediately.
