Sloe Gin Fizz Prosecco Cocktail

This Sloe Gin Fizz Prosecco Cocktail recipe tackles the classic muddy-pink hued cocktail and take it up a notch with the addition of prosecco. Could probably be the best cocktail you can make with only four ingredients!

The Sloe Gin Fizz Prosecco cocktail is made with Sloe Gin which sweeter than regular gin, Lemon juice that adds brightness and tartness, Prosecco for the fizz and Egg white which is optional but it adds that soft, creamy mouthfeel that's just unmatched.


  • 25ml sloe gin
  • 25ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)
  • 1 egg white
  • Prosecco


  • Combine the  sloe gin, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for at least 10 seconds then fill the shaker with ice and shake again for about 20 seconds. 
  • Strain the mixture into your glass then top up with Prosecco. 
  • Wait a moment until it has settled then top up again!

Note:  don’t add the egg white if you prefer but it does give it that lovely cocktail foam!
