Lemonberry Prosecco Sangria

Fresh lemons and strawberries are mixed with bubbly prosecco for a refreshing prosecco sangria recipe. It’s perfect for spring and summer! This cocktail couldn’t get any easier to make. Simply muddle the lemons, sugar and strawberries together. If you don’t have a muddler, the back of a spoon will work also. Pour some prosecco in and you’ve got the best lemon berry prosecco sangria!


  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 10-15 strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 bottle Prosecco


  • Place the lemons in the bottom of a large jug or punch bowl.
  • Sprinkle the sugar on top and muddle.
  • Add the sliced strawberries.
  • Muddle the strawberries into the lemons.
  • Add the Prosecco to the jug or punch bowl.
  • Fill with ice and serve.
