Delicious Pancakes with Fruit

Start the day off right with these Whole-wheat fruit pancakes.

If you own a frying pan and a mixing bowl and you can heat that frying pan and aren't averse to cleaning that mixing bowl, you can make real honest-to-goodness-from-scratch pancakes without having to use a pre-made mix. 

It's really easy. And guess what? If you add some fruit to the mix, the pancakes get way better without getting any more difficult. This fruity pancake recipe will definetely make you to fall in love with.


2 medium eggs
1 tablespoon honey
150 g coconut milk
180 g whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 teaspoons sunflower oil

To serve

coconut flakes
mint leaf


In a bowl add the eggs, the honey, the milk, and mix well with a hand whisk.
In another bowl add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and mix with a spoon.
Add the solid ingredients into the bowl with the eggs and whisk well with a hand whisk.
Place a frying pan over medium heat.
Add 1 teaspoon sunflower oil into the frying pan and then, add three tablespoons of the mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Follow the same process for the rest of the mixture.
Serve with strawberries, honey, coconut flakes, and a mint leaf.
