Spicy Pina Colada Punch


Everyone needs to have at least one good story about sipping Piña Coladas poolside, or even better, at a beautiful beach. This cocktail can be that story for you and your friends this summer. 


Recently, I had a few friends visiting from New York and we were chatting about our favorite tropical drinks. This one popped straight to mind so we went to the store to get what we needed. While looking for all of the ingredients we found the Frozen BACARDI® Mixers in the freezer section. 

After we found the rest of the ingredients it was simple to throw everything together in a punch instead of making individual drinks so we only had to make one big cocktail. Then we could just sit back and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Recipe:

1 bottle of white rum
2 cups of pineapple juice
1 cup lime juice
1 cup simple syrup
10 ounces Frozen BACARDI® Mixers Piña Colada
1 jalapeño chopped
Edible Flowers

Method:

Combine Frozen BACARDI® Mixers Piña Colada with pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth
Add blended mix into a punch bowl with white rum and ½ chopped jalapeño
Top with ice
Stir to mix everything together
Garnish with extra jalapeno slices and edible flowers
Enjoy!
